When Naple hires, every builder and engineer will spend two days a week on work outside any roadmap or deadline. We believe technology that changes the world comes from engineers who are not boxed in.
We work as one team. Nobody builds alone, and nobody is left alone with a hard problem.
When something is broken, when something is not working, or when we are struggling, we say so early. That is how it gets fixed.
We decide on what we have found to be true, not on what we assume. When we do not know something, we say so and go and find out.
The rule we build by is the rule we work by. Profit never comes before people.
We do not have listed roles right now. We read every open application. Tell us what you would build, and show us something you have already built.
